Accepted into one of the participating colleges or universities PRIOR to submitting an
application to the Norton Healthcare Scholars Program (Public and Private
Kentucky and Southern Indiana colleges and universities – see list in
application packet)
Planning to pursue a career in any of the following:
Medical Lab Technician
Medical Technologist
Pharmacist (program does not cover pre-requisites)
Physical Therapist (program does not cover pre-requisites)
Radiologic Technologist
Registered Nurse
Respiratory Therapist
Ultrasonographer (Cardiac, vascular, and OB/GYN)
Norton Healthcare commitment includes a contract agreeing to work for Norton
Healthcare after you graduate from college in your designated healthcare
career. You agree to work one month of full-time employment for each $500
you receive in scholarship funds. ($500.00 x 12 months = $6,000.00)
